1. Please send us a list of the items you would like via email, and we will send you the complete invoice plus shipping amount and the address of  where to send the payment.  

2.  Make check payable to Garry Palm,   Send the payment and a copy of the invoice, and when our bank says it has cleared, we will ship you order directly to you.
